Press dollies save time and money:
Press dollies help to keep the presses rolling by reducing downtime due to loading, unloading, stocking and restocking. We recommend a minimum of six (6) dollies per Heidelberg. Just think how much time and labor you can save in your shop and you'll know why press dollies are a wise investment that will pay for themselves many times over.
Press dollies improve work flow:
When production is at a maximum in the pressroom, a variety of problems involving press dollies can occur to slow down the momentum:
(1) stacked press dollies waiting for ink to dry,
(2) stacked dollies waiting to be trimmed and
(3) stacked dollies waiting for bindery. With more press dollies on hand, the printing presses can keep running.
